• AI-generated market commentary and analysis using Google Gemini
• Macro event tracking and impact assessment
• Personal watchlist management
• Daily push notification market summaries

All content provided by SimpleStock — including AI-generated analysis, technical signals, strategy backtests, win rates, and any other information — is for informational and educational purposes only. Stock price data is sourced from Yahoo Finance and subject to their respective terms. AI analysis is generated using Google Gemini API.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, SimpleStock makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, including stock prices, financial statements, or AI-generated analysis.

Market data may be delayed. Technical signals and AI analysis may contain errors. Always verify information with primary sources before making investment decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleStock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
