SimpleStock (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI-powered stock analysis platform that helps investors track market opportunities and technical signals. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website (simplestock.ai) and mobile application.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from the respective identity provider. We do not receive or store your Google or Apple password.
We collect information about how you use SimpleStock, including which stocks you view, your watchlist preferences, and app interaction patterns. This helps us improve the product experience.
For push notification delivery, we collect your device token (APNs token for iOS). This is stored securely and only used to send you market alerts. It is deleted when you sign out.
We store your preferred language (English or Traditional Chinese) to personalise your experience and the language of push notifications you receive.
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
Your data is stored in MongoDB Atlas (hosted on Google Cloud Platform, Singapore region). Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device using iOS Secure Enclave (Keychain). All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

SimpleStock sends daily market summary notifications to registered users. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings app. When you sign out, your device token is cleared and you will no longer receive notifications from that device.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below. Device tokens are cleared upon sign-out. Anonymous analytics data may be retained for up to 26 months.
